Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Many Americans like myself wish to have exposure to Bitcoin in our traditional IRA and brokerage accounts. A spot ETF would allow us to do that in a low fee vehicle.
