Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm writing this as an international investor from Israel. For those of us investing through our IRA account, a futures ETF doesn't represnt this asset well, with contango issues, I would rather invest in an american spot ETF that holds the most BTC on the planet, rayher than a small Canadian one, which I don't know if I can trust their government, due to their last actions with martial law.
