Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an American with a 401k, the only way I can get near direct exposure to Bitcoin as an investment with my retirement via my 401k would be through a spot Bitcoin ETF, it’s high time the SEC allows this.
