Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an aerospace engineer from California, and I’m a firm believer in Bitcoin. I believe it is a democratizing force in our current global financial climate and it opens doors to every person in this world. Without it, I have no hopes of maintaining my wealth and purchasing power as I accumulate it through work.
