I am a retiree and a Navy veteran. I have self-directed Traditional and Roth IRA's. I have a significant investment in Grayscale's GBTC, and I don't understand why the SEC has yet to approve their request to covert GBTC to an exchange traded fund. As you are aware, because GBTC is not an exchange traded fund it is being traded at a severe discount to the price of bitcoin. This is costing me a good deal of retirement savings and income.

I also have retirement investments in gold, silver and platinum by way of exchange traded funds, so why can't I have the ability to invest in bitcoin by way of an exchange traded fund? If I want to invest in bitcoin through a brokerage or a retirement account why should my only current option be a "futures bitcoin fund."?

Please act favorably for retirees, who are trying to keep ahead of inflation, and approve Grayscale's request to convert GBTC to an exchange traded fund. Thank you.
