Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (stock symbol GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, into the first spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a US citizen from Texas. This is something that investors want. Please delay no further in approving a Bitcoin spot ETF, especially one that would be ran by an investment firm as large and well established as Grayscale. Jarod McElveen
