Dear SEC, I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the worlds largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I really want you to know that a spot BTC ETF would protect investors. Most of us are not capable of safely storing BTC on our own, so we look for an ETF that can track BTC exactly without NAV premium swings and losses.
