Hi, I am writing this in support of converting GBTC to spot bitcoin ETF. We have none in the US, and we Americans deserve one. Common man with less technology knowledge is getting left behind because he can't open all Bitcoin wallets/accounts, etc. Once GBTC is converted to an ETF, it will level the playing field for all and we all can invest in this new market of bitcoins. My humble appeal to all the decision makers at SEC to please approve GBTC to become America's first Spot Bitcoin ETF. -- Thanks, - Izhar
