Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m sure that I, along with thousands of other investors are being left at risk by not having GBTC converted to an ETF. In a world where you can buy SEC approved 3x short or leveraged long exchange ETF’s, it would seem very reasonable to have a safer Bitcoin ETF for investors Sincerely, Dave C
