Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Louisiana, and I am an Insurance and financial advisor. I have clients that would benefit from the added diversification of blockchain technology. I think that this is the future of computer technology and storage/sharing of information. Grayscale's fees to manage this ETF will most likely be less than the current trust charges.
