Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is the most pressing issue of our time: to enable these inevitable technologies to be broadly invested in by Americans prior to any geo-political adversary populations. We want to maintain peace, power and stability in the world by means of maintaining real wealth in holding Bitcoin, the asset, as the global fiat to crypto transfer commences. Please immediately approve this ETF for the sake of the boomers especially. Time is of the essence. Thank you, Eric Cassidy
