Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It amazes me that the SEC believes a futures ETF, which have been shown to lose money for investors (USO for example), would protect individual and retail investors. Approve the GBTC ETF now!
