Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I cannot imagine any reason to prevent GBTC from being a spot ETF fund like the countless others. This is a financial tool I'm educated about and SEC support is needed in this new area.
