Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Its time to act before other countries keep taking the lead on innovation. The American investor is getting hurt by the delay on a spot etf for bitcoin. Ive looked at trying to invest into Canada etfs but cannot due to my residency. Please help approve a spot btc etf as soon as possible so investors like me are not forced to move in order to get access. Thank you Sincerely, Anthony Simonetti
