SEC, Could you please clearly explain why would a future Bitcoin ETF got approved but not approving a spot ETF? What are the considerations that a future ETF met the requirements where a spot ETF does not meet? Approving a spot ETF would be the best protection for many investors who have invested in GBTC. If SEC approves a spot ETF I'm pretty sure will be very welcome for many investors that have investment in GBTC.
