Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC is currently the only way I can get BTC exposure in my retirement account. Given BTC's growing role in a diversified portfolio, it is imperative that an ETF that tracks the price of BTC be approved. Sincerely, Caleb Pinter
