Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This seems to be blocked for no valid reasoning. The people want a spot ETF! Grayscale has credibility and would be a good logical decision for this SPOT ETF due to their substantial holdings of BTC amongst many other things… Sincerely, Cory Stinson
