Hello, I am writing in support of the Securities and Exchange Commission approving the conversion of Grayscale's GBTC Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. This move is long overdue. It is utterly ridiculous that the SEC would approve a Bitcoin Futures ETF but not a spot ETF backed by the actual asset (bitcoin). This is merely a way to continue lining the pockets of Wall Street at the expense of regular investors. Converting GBTC to an ETF will provide everyday investors with access to a transformative asset in a safe, and cost-effective fashion. Your decision to delay approving the conversion continues to hurt investors and I strongly urge you to approve this to protect investors. Thank you, Austin
