Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in California and I own GBTC. I do not believe it is right to allow a bitcoin futures ETF without allowing GBTC to convert to a spot ETF. The average American does not want to play games with derivatives. Please approve the conversion. Thank you, Sean Boyle
