Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The fact that you allow a futures etf but not a spot etf is ridiculous. You’re not protecting anybody you’re just enabling your Wall Street friends. You’re a victim of regulatory capture if you don’t do what’s best for the people. Sincerely, Andrew Masters
