Dear SEC, my name is Patrick Flynn. I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Currently, the GBTC shares are trading at a discount to NAV. A spot bitcoin ETF that more closely tracks the spot price would be very beneficial to me as a long-term investor.
