Good Morning: I have invested in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust because I believe it is one of the most secure ways to invest in Bitcoin. The management team would like to correct the market value of GBTC to match the underlying value, however the SEC's lack of action is perpetuating an inefficient pricing mechanism and causing pain to individual investors. It is also adding confusion to every day investors which is bad for United States Citizens. Thank you for your consideration, -Jeff Easterwood
