Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It makes no sense that a futures based bitcoin ETF can exist but not a spot bitcoin ETF when the futures based ETF is obivoulsy directly affected by the change of the underlying just like a spot ETF. Please do the right thing and allow the conversion of GBTC to a spot bitcoin ETF. Regards, Frank Kmet
