Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Among the benefits of the ETF format are: The ETF version would virtually eliminate the premium/discount to actual bitcoin. The ETF would track the bitcoin price more closely.
