Hello SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GPS took 25 Years for OUR Government to fund! That alone shows how inept, slow, and rather foolish dumb Congressional incumbents at the time. Seems like same will happen here with Bitcoin etc., A futures etf has already been issued, other countries already have spot Etf's, major banks, institutions, retirement funds ETC., are invested/ Please please get on the ball this year for a GBTC spot ETF. Its safe and will actually help the USA Debt! Government has no way out of its debt and printing of money, interest rates,up/down, is not going to help anymore, and the PEOPLE of this great country know it! Mike Hopeful for our great country!
