Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The public is currently getting hurt by the massive discount created by the SEC holding up the etf. The current market options for people to get exposure are extremely risky and have no peg to the underlying Bitcoin. Instead of joining a risky crypto broker it is much safer to allow US customers on Schwab or Fidelity to purchase GBTC who can safely hold the underlying Bitcoin. Please approve their request!
