Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a US Citizen residing in Illinois, I believe strongly in Bitcoin as a digital store of value for its scarcity, security and decentralized nature. I’ve invested a big percentage of my 401K in GBTC for retirement purposes, but not allowing the fund to be an ETF is causing a tremendous loss of value for my savings. The fee is too high, and the ticker trades at a big discount to Nav. I would really appreciate your consideration on behalf or my family savings, and many other Americans like me.
