Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is crazy that a derivative based etf is allowed but not a spot ETF. Also I live in Texas and know a lot of people who think similarly. Sincerely, Scott Galindo
