Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently stay in Hawaii and I invest in Bitcoin. It is past due time to allow investors such as myself exposure to a Bitcoin spot ETF. Multiple countries have already approved this effort however the U.S. is behind. The president a few weeks ago signed an executive order to provide a roadmap of the government and private sectors to be innovative in this environment. Why are we behind on this?
