Dear SEC, Please allow the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. I purchased GBTC when it traded close to the value of the BTC held by the fund. Now because of other countries giving access to BTC Spot ETFs GBTC is trading at a discount to amount held. Let’s not let other countries show us up any longer. It is time the US government and SEC fully adopt BTC and allow consumers access to efficient and cost-effective products. Regards, Michael O Ramsey
