Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I own both Bitcoin and grayscale Bitcoin shares. In this increasingly difficult time due to the rise of cpi and inflation at rates not seen for decades, Americans are looking for a safe haven. Whilst you may not believe that cryptocurrencies are a safe asset and garner too much risk, Americans should have the right to choose for themselves and weigh their own costs and benefits.
