Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF (USA) This company has earned the right by its very responsible custodying of digital assets. Many US citizens want safe custody for a small allocation to BTC and this is the best way to do it without an exchange. The Futures ETF does not accomplish these goals for us.
