Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of the state of Florida, and a citizen of the U.S., this creates an incredible opportunity for investors alike to have access to a more diversified investment portfolio, and further transparency into tax reporting/organization. With the current state of Bitcoin having a lack of central ownership, this also gives the U.S. a unique opportunity to help better regulate this new frontier.
