Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. In order to provide US investors with fair, orderly and efficient exposure to Bitcoin and to ensure investor protection from unnecessarily high fees, excessive management costs and potentially less secure offerings, I am requesting that the SEC approves this conversion. The US and US investors should not be left behind any longer while we see other nations and markets continue to approve Bitcoin ETF’s. Sincerely, Terry Harmer
