Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am eager to invest in Bitcoin, however the technology required to maintain personal encryption keys is a little complex for an old guy like me. By having an ETF available to participate in the Bitcoin revolution, I could safely buy Bitcoin without the worry of making a mistake and flubbing the process and exposing myself to the potential loss of the asset.
