Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I want to be able to invest in a spot Bitcoin ETF because it provides me with another investment option. An option I believe will inevitably become widely accepted. In addition, such a ETF could ultimately provide a better yield than a traditional fund. Without that option I’m limited. The current array of investment vehicles expose me to just as much if not more risk. I reside in the state of Washington. Please consider approving this and ALL Bitcoin Spot ETFs!
