Dear SEC, I would like to express my support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I own both Bitcoin directly and GBTC. Interestingly enough, my GBTC is much more stable in the sense that I don't try to day trade it. It's just a part of my portfolio. I would love the conversion to happen to help bring the nav price and trading price more in line with reality. Sincerely, Matt Boyer
