I am a holder of the Greyscale Bitcoin trust. I would like to add my vote in support of converting this to an ETF. it makes no sense that there are futures based ETFs, which have risks that most retail investors won't understand, but no spot fund that most clearly replicates the performance of the underlying and is the easiest for investors to understand. Even Brazil has a spot ETF, as well as Canada and some European countries. Let's not put the US behind the rest of the world in financial innovation. thank you
