Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Marin, California and feel it is a necessary investment for my future retirement that I’m able to put a small percentage of my money into this emerging financial store of wealth sector. I think Bitcoin is more a store of value similar but superior to gold. Something you can transport easily with you in times of crisis compared to gold. A much “safer haven” for my money.
