Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is my view that the role of the SEC, and government in general, is to ensure transparency and the upholding of property rights in markets. It is not too tell citizens what they can and can not invest in. By not approving any Bitcoin etf to date seems to indicate that the agency views its role differently. This is very troubling to me. i don’t need your protection, just your assistance in ensuring that information provided by companies like Grayscale is accurate and transparent and then I can make my own informed decisions. it is not your job to control the market, just to ensure it is truly a transparent and free market. Please stop standing in the way of free markets. Sincerely, Brian Rose
