Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It's necessary for Americans to have an easy and safe way to get into a hedge against inflation and asset that will continue to grow with time. We see stocks today and many have dropped 60-70% from its all time high. This volatility and price drop are what many people said is why you should avoid bitcoin and crypto. But here, we see it in the stock market that is freely available to the people. GBTC needs to be converted to a Spot Bitcoin ETF for Americans to have a better retirement funding option.
