Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It makes no sense to approve futures ETF before a spot ETF for Bitcoin. Please fix. The United States should be a leader in the regulation of Bitcoin and this should be the first step.
