Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I want to be able to hold GBTC in my 401k and IRA!! Why is it safe for Canadians to have a spot ETF but not me? Is their system really better than ours?!?! I have watched Gary Genslers lectures and they make the SEC denials look so disingenuous. Please don’t make us lose faith in yet ANOTHER institution. Sincerely, Brett
