Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that it is the duty of the SEC to help investors gain access to Bitcoin in a way that allows us the same benefits as all other ETF’s have for their asset class. I urge you to accept Grayscale’s application to convert GBTC to a spot ETF. Let us not fall behind other countries in crypto adoption and regulation. I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
