Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently reside in Michigan and would like to be able to invest in Bitcoin in through my brokerage account in a liquidly traded product that represent the true cash value. The futures ETFs are not good long term investments due to the rolling of forwards in a contango curve. Sincerely, Bill Gratopp
