Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am longtime resident of California and do all investments for my family. GBTC is a great way to diversify into Bitcoin without having to trade on exchanges and manage hw wallets. It also is an easy way to incorporate into retirement accounts like IRAs.
