Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin has spot ETF in every country other than US. If US is going to be leader in crypto then they need exposure to stock market through well managed ETFs. Please consider approving Crypto ETFs.
