Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a soon-to-be-retired American, I want to be able to stay invested and involved in the financial world as it changes and becomes digital, which I believe it will one way or another. I do not want to be forced to miss that boat because there were no alternatives to Defi which is too confusing and risky for the average investor or even a computer savvy one like myself.
