Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe the crypto markets are no different than any other futures or ETF regulated by the SEC. In fact, as in investor I feel MORE confident in companies like Grayscale that actually hold physical bitcoin currency to back their fund, not just the empty promise of futures or other derivative products.
