Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Isn’tit about time for a spot ETF, Why does an investor have to go to Canada or Europe when he could be investing here with the largest holder of BTC in the industry…Grayscale.
